I provide psychotherapy to adults in person in the South Bay Area, and virtually throughout California. I am in network with Aetna. For all other insurance companies, I am out of network and provide superbills for any out of network reimbursement your health insurance might provide. Please contact me to receive a quote on fees.

I have expertise working with adults from a multitude of backgrounds, presenting with a wide range of psychological concerns. I utilize a collaborative, integrative approach to treatment. I believe in teaching evidence-based tools for coping and change, as well as facilitating insight into behavior, emotions, and relational patterns.

In addition to my clinical practice, I provided training, supervision, and consultation as a research psychologist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and the Northern California Institute for Research and Education for over eight years.

I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, and my predoctoral internship at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and received my bachelors and masters degrees in Psychology from Stanford University.
